Airworks Compressor
Airworks Compressors Corp’s truck integrated diesel driven air compressor, generator and hydraulic pump is the world’s first true all in one mobile power system. The addition of one or multiple available options including a 250 amp hi frequency welder, 12/24 Volt 1200/800 AMP booster pak , auto start/stop, radio remote, automatic positive air shut down (and more) all in the same small package, makes this unit complete for any and all of your work truck requirements. This turn key unit can be packaged and skid mounted with a fuel tank and helicopter lift package for dropping on site as well.The Twister T60GH offers a 27 hp diesel Kubota engine powering a rotary screw 60 cfm /up to 185 PSI air compressor, a 6 KW pure sine generator and a variable displacement hydraulic pump rated at 3000 PSI at 8.5 GPM (up to 20 GPM max). Our system utilizes our direct drive technology, eliminating troublesome failure prone belt drives, on the compressor and hydraulic pump. The Twister T60GH is substantially lighter and smaller in size than any of its competitors, with multiple lift away access doors for quick and easy servicing. Exhaust is multi positional allowing exhaust diversion from the operator’s work site. All machine functions are controlled from a remote panel at one central location at the rear of the truck.
Fuel costs are reduced by up to 30%, truck engine hours are reduced by up to 60%. Sharing the chassis’ fuel and electrical supplies means only one tank to fill and no requirement for a second battery. Tying into the chassis’ coolant system allows the unit to warm up while on route to the job site and for the chassis engine to remain warm while the T60GH is running.
